Introduction

I am an electronic engineer, magister in biomedical engineering and doctor (Ph.D.) in biomedical engineering, 6 years of experience in research and university teaching, both in the field of biomedical engineering and medicine in undergraduate and postgraduate programs. I also have 4 years of professional experience in the design of medical equipment and application in telemedicine and 3 years of experience as coordinator of a medical simulation laboratory. Recently I've been using FEM to study the adult acquired flatfoot deformity and the surgical procedures used to correct this deformity.
