Lack of respiratory depression in paracetamol-codeine combination overdoses.

Aims: Codeine containing analgesics are commonly taken in overdose, but the frequency of respiratory depression is unknown. We investigated whether paracetamol-codeine combination overdoses caused respiratory depression more than paracetamol alone.
