This experiment was to study the effects of zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) on growth, intestinal barrier, oxidative status, and mineral deposition. In total, 256 one-day-old chicks were randomly allotted to 4 dietary groups and fed with basal diet plus 80Â mg/kg ZnSO (ZnSO group) or plus 40, 80, and 160Â mg/kg ZnO-NPs, respectively, for 21Â days.
