The practice of autopsy for medico-legal purposes in Nepal was started during the 1960s when jail doctors used to perform the autopsy. However, the medico-legal service in clinical forensic settings is less than three decades old. In Nepal, a police inquest is done for all the unnatural deaths who then subjects the body for medico-legal autopsy at the nearest government hospital. Read More

Vegetable soybean is one of the most important vegetables in China, and the demand for this vegetable has markedly increased worldwide over the past two decades. Here, we present a high-quality de novo genome assembly of the vegetable soybean cultivar Zhenong 6 (ZN6), which is one of the most popular cultivars in China. The 20 pseudochromosomes cover 94. Textile consumer trends towards improved product safety and high environmental standards have significantly influenced regulators in key consumer markets. The apparel wool industry sector has responded to regulators, and for three decades the Australia and New Zealand wool industries have managed advancements in ectoparasiticides and improved sheep treatments targeting high environmental, animal health and welfare standards leading to safe wool products. Australian and New Zealand chemical residue data from greasy wool have been consolidated and analysed for organophosphate, synthetic pyrethroid, insect growth regulator, neonicotinoid, macrocyclic lactone and spinosad active. The frequency and scale of Emerging Infectious Diseases (EIDs) with pandemic potential has been increasing over the last two decades and, as COVID-19 has shown, such zoonotic spill-over events are an increasing threat to public health globally. There has been considerable research into EIDs - especially in the case of COVID-19. However, most of this has focused on disease emergence, symptom identification, chains of transmission, case prevalence and mortality as well as prevention and treatment. Read More

Discrete breathers (DBs) in nonlinear lattices have attracted much attention in the past decades. In this work, we focus on the formation of DBs and their induced energy localization in the nonlinear honeycomb lattice derived from graphene. The key step is to construct a reduced system (RS) with only a few degrees of freedom, which contains one central site and its three nearest neighbors. Read More
