Abstract: Continuous wound infusion usually provides postoperative analgesia as a multimodal analgesia with systemic opioid use. When continuous wound infusion of local anesthetics (LA) supports successful postoperative analgesia without systemic opioid use, the side effects of opioid can be reduced.
