Objectives: To determine nurse-sensitive outcomes in district nursing care for community-living older people. Nurse-sensitive outcomes are defined as patient outcomes that are relevant based on nurses' scope and domain of practice and that are influenced by nursing inputs and interventions.Design: A Delphi study following the RAND/UCLA Appropriateness Method with two rounds of data collection. DNA-directed nanoparticle (DNA-NP) systems provide various applications in sensing, medical diagnosis, data storage, plasmonics and photovoltaics. Bonding probability and melting properties are helpful to evaluate the selectivity, thermostability and thermosensitivity of these applications. We investigated the influence of temperature, nanoparticle size, DNA chain length and surface grafting density of DNA on one nanoparticle on the DNA dynamic hybridization percentage and melting properties of DNA-NP assembly systems by molecular dynamics simulation. The spatial distribution uniformity of valuable medicines is the critical quality attribute in the process control of Tongren Niuhuang Qingxin Pills. With the real world sample of the mixed end-point powder of Tongren Niuhuang Qingxin Pills as the research object, hyperspectral imaging technology was used to collect a total of 32 400 data points with a size of 180 pix×180 pix. Spectral angle matching(SAM), classical least squares and mixed tuned matched filtering(MTMF) were used to identify the spatial distribution of rare medicines. Read More
