Dual TK inhibitors have shown significant clinical effects against many tumors, but with unmanageable side effects. Design approach and selectivity of these inhibitors plays substantial role in their potency and side-effects. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is typically characterized by the dysregulation of Tfh cell differentiation. we sought to explore the potential mechanism of Ginsenoside Rg1 (G-Rg1) treated IBD by observing the level of the Tfh/Treg cells and the activation of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway in the colitis mice. In the present study, G-Rg1 significantly inhibited the inflammatory response to mice colitis induced by dextran sodium sulfate (DSS), as evidenced by increased body weight and colon length, decreased colon weight, reduced colon weight index and histopathological scores, lower levels of IL-6 and TNF-α, and increased IL-10 levels. The transcription factor signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) is constitutively activated in cancer cells and coordinates critical cellular processes as survival, self-renewal, and inflammation. Purpose: Although human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hucMSCs) can contribute to the growth of tumors, including pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), however, little is known about the exact mechanisms by which the exosomes secreted from hucMSCs (hucMSCs-exo) have an oncogenic effect on the physiopathology of PDAC.
