Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the radiological and clinical outcomes of early-onset scoliosis (EOS) patients with or without intraspinal anomalies (IAs) managed with growing rods (GRs), and to evaluate the safety of the GR technique in EOS patients with untreated IAs.

We report a rare case of a persistent sciatic artery in a 59-year-old woman who had presented with unilateral acute limb ischemia. A heparin infusion was started. A right lower extremity arterial duplex ultrasound scan showed an occluded superficial femoral artery and underwent catheter-directed thrombolysis of her right popliteal artery, which was fed by a persistent sciatic artery. Introduction: Young children with bilateral cerebral palsy (BCP) often experience difficulties with gross motor function, manual ability and posture, impacting developing independence in daily life activities, participation and quality of life. Hand Arm Bimanual Intensive Training Including Lower Extremity (HABIT-ILE) is a novel intensive motor intervention integrating upper and lower extremity training that has been developed and tested in older school-aged children with unilateral and BCP. The microsurgical options for lower limb lymphedema is a challenge. In search to improve the overall result, we hypothesized it would be beneficial to add the functioning lymph nodes to vein anastomosis (LNVA) in addition to lymphovenous anastomosis (LVA).
