Eight patients with angiokeratomas are reported; three of them with angiokeratoma circumscriptum present at birth, three angiokeratoma Fordyce type with vulvar location, another one with scrotum location all these appeared by the third decade and the other one a solitary angiokeratoma which age of onset was forty-one years.
