Received Bachelor of Medicine (M.B.B.S) degree from Peking University, Beijing, China, and a Ph.D. degree from University of Miami, Miami, FL.

Awarded the Department of Defense (DOD) predoctoral fellowship in 2010 and completed my training with publications in Molecular Endocrinology, Oncogene, and Nature Reviews Cancer.

I am also a F1000 associate faculty member. I am a proud member of the editorial teams in Medicine, Frontiers in Oncology, Frontiers in Endocrinology, Oncotarget, and Aging, where I can serve scientists and clinicians throughout the US and Canada.
