Interpreting Depression From Question-wise Long-term Video Recording of SDS Evaluation.

Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) questionnaire has frequently been used for efficient depression preliminary screening. However, the uncontrollable self-administered measure can be easily affected by insouciantly or deceptively answering, and producing the different results with the clinician-administered Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS) and the final diagnosis. Clinically, facial expression (FE) and actions play a vital role in clinician-administered evaluation, while FE and action are underexplored for self-administered evaluations. In this work, we collect a novel dataset of 200 subjects to evidence the validity of self-rating questionnaires with their corresponding question-wise video recording. To automatically interpret depression from the SDS evaluation and the paired video, we propose an end-to-end hierarchical framework for the long-term variable-length video, which is also conditioned on the questionnaire results and the answering time. Specifically, we resort to a hierarchical model which utilizes a 3D CNN for local temporal pattern exploration and a redundancy-aware self-attention (RAS) scheme for question-wise global feature aggregation. Targeting for the redundant long-term FE video processing, our RAS is able to effectively exploit the correlations of each video clip within a question set to emphasize the discriminative information and eliminate the redundancy based on feature pair-wise affinity. Then, the question-wise video feature is concatenated with the questionnaire scores for final depression detection. Our thorough evaluations also show the validity of fusing SDS evaluation and its video recording, and the superiority of our framework to the conventional state-of-the-art temporal modeling methods.

Research on Characteristic of Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria Based on Multiscale Entropy.

Chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU) is a common skin disease which symptom is local pruritus and pain. In medicine, researchers take a certain point that the brain is the control center of CSU, but in previous experiments, the researchers found that cerebellum also had a certain effect on CSU. In order to find out the influence of CSU in the brain and cerebellum, we collected the brain resting-state fMRI data from 40 healthy controls and 32 CSU patients and used DPABI to preprocess. We calculated the entropy values of five scales by using multiscale entropy (MSE) and the average entropy values of two groups' BOLD signals; 15 regions with significant differences were found which not only had a more detailed impact in the brain but also had an impact in the cerebellum, such as precentral gyrus, lenticular putamen, and vermis of cerebellum. In addition, we found that compared with the healthy controls, the entropy values of CSU patients showed two trends which need further study. The advantage of our experiment is that the multiscale entropy value is used to get more influence regions of CSU in the brain and cerebellum. The results of this paper may provide some help for the pathological study of CSU.

The prevalence of compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigue among nurses: A systematic review and meta-analysis.

Background: Compassion fatigue is a consequence of chronic work-related stress exposure among healthcare providers. Nursing is a high-risk, stressful profession which increases nurses' vulnerability to compassion fatigue symptoms compared to other healthcare workers. Compassion fatigue has serious consequences for nursing staff, patients and healthcare organizations. Though several studies on the prevalence of compassion fatigue among nurses have been published, the reported data vary considerably across studies; and few meta-analysis have examined the prevalence of compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigue among nurses with large sample sizes.

Objectives: To systematically assess the prevalence of compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigue among nurses, and to evaluate the effect of different geographical regions, years and departments on the prevalence of compassion fatigue.

Design: Systematic review and meta-analysis DATA SOURCES: The Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMbase, Web of Science, CINAHL, PsyclNFO, China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database (CNKI), Wanfang Database, Weipu Database (VIP), and Chinese Biomedical Database (CBM) were searched in the systematic review. The time frame for the searches included all literature before January 31st, 2020.

Review Methods: The reviewers independently completed study selection, quality assessments, data extraction and analysis of all included literature. The mean scores and standard deviations of the three subscales of the Professional Quality of Life (ProQOL) scale were pooled using random effects meta-analysis in Stata 16.0 software package. Finally, subgroup analyses were conducted to explore the sources of between-study heterogeneity.

Results: A total of 79 studies were included in the systematic review and meta-analysis, consisting of 28,509 nurses worldwide from 11 countries. In our studies, the pooled mean scores of compassion satisfaction, burnout and secondary traumatic stress were 33.12 (95% CI: 32.22-34.03), 26.64 (95% CI: 26.01-27.27) and 25.24 (95% CI: 24.69-25.79), respectively. In addition, the Asian region had the lowest levels of compassion satisfaction but the highest levels of compassion fatigue symptoms, while the Americas and Europe had the lowest levels of compassion fatigue but highest compassion satisfaction. Levels of compassionate fatigue in nurses increased gradually from 2010 to 2019, reaching the highest level in 2019; and nurses from ICU had the highest levels of compassion fatigue symptoms among all nurses.

Conclusion: The levels of compassion satisfaction and compassion fatigue among nurses are moderate. Nurses from the Asian region and in ICUs suffer from severe compassion fatigue symptoms, and the prevalence of compassion fatigue has increased over time. These findings may provide hospital administrators with the theoretical basis for the management and treatment of compassion fatigue.

Zebrafish as a Model for In-Depth Mechanistic Study for Stroke.

Stroke is one of the world's leading causes of death and disability, posing enormous burden to the society. However, the pathogenesis and mechanisms that underlie brain injury and brain repair remain largely unknown. There's an unmet need of in-depth mechanistic research in this field. Zebrafish (Danio rerio) is a powerful tool in brain science research mainly due to its small size and transparent body, high genome synteny with human, and similar nervous system structures. It can be used to establish both hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke models easily and effectively through different ways. After the establishment of stroke model, research methods including behavioral test, in vivo imaging, and drug screening are available to explore mechanisms that underlie the brain injury and brain repair after stroke. This review focuses on the advantages and the feasibility of zebrafish stroke model, and will also introduce the key methods available for stroke studies in zebrafish, which may drive future mechanistic studies in the pursuit of discovering novel therapeutic targets for stroke patients.

The 100 most-cited articles about the role of neurovascular unit in stroke 2001-2020: A bibliometric analysis.

Background: The neurovascular unit (NVU) is emerging as a potential therapeutic target in neurological conditions, such as stroke, brain injury, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson's disease; meanwhile, stroke is the second leading cause of death globally. The purpose of the study is to analyze the most influential articles, authors, countries, and topics in the role of NVU in stroke.

Methods: The Web of Science (WoS) database was used for bibliometric analysis using the search terms "Stroke" and "Neurovascular unit" on January 1st, 2021. Data were extracted from the WoS database to identify collaborations between authors, countries, organizations, and keywords using VOSviewer (1.6.16 mac). Two bibliometric indicators, the activity index (AI) and category normalized citation impact (CNCI), were computed. The keywords of bursts were also identified by CiteSpace.

Results: A total of 770 articles were analyzed by VOSviewer. AIs and CNCIs were computed of the eighteen countries according to VOSviewer co-authorship analysis results. The majority of authors mainly came from the United States and Japan. Romania, Hungary, and Poland have emerged as rising-star countries. In the 100 most-cited articles, the number of citations ranged from 1873 to 69, with a total of 15,758 citations. Most articles were published in 2011 and 2012 (n = 13 each), followed by 2009 (n = 11) and 2013, 2014, and 2015 (n = 8 each). Stroke and Journal of Cerebral Blood Flow and Metabolism were the two top journals. EH Lo from Harvard University/ Massachusetts General Hospital was the top first author and corresponding author. Harvard University/Massachusetts General Hospital was the most productive affiliated institution with 15 publications.

Conclusion: There has been growing attention and efforts made in the field of stroke and NVU. The merit of the above findings may help to shape the research policy in ischemic stroke both at the country and institutional level.

Prevalence and factors of compassion fatigue among nurse in China: A protocol for systematic review and meta-analysis.

Background: Compassion fatigue is defined as a detrimental consequence of experiencing work-related stress among nurses, which can affect the job performance and harm emotional and physical health. The high risk of compassion fatigue among nurses may be even more severe in China. Although several studies have explored the prevalence and factors of compassion fatigue among Chinese nurses, most data derived merely from the specialty units of the hospital or limited samples, and there is a large heterogeneity among studies. Thus, it is indispensable to systematically summarize the risk factors and prevalence of compassion fatigue among clinical nurse in China.

Methods: Two reviewers will independently conduct comprehensively searches in 9 electronic databases including PubMed, The Cochrane Library, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), EMBASE, Web of science, MEDLINE, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), WanFang and Chinese Biological Medical Database (CBM) with no search date restriction. Cross-sectional and prospective cohort studies that described the prevalence and factors of Chinese nurses compassion fatigue will be eligible for inclusion. The risk of bias and methodological quality of individual study will be assessed using an adapted quality assessment tool from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). Stata 16.0 software will be used for meta-analysis.

Results: The primary outcome will be the prevalence of 3 dimension of compassion fatigue in Chinese nurses. The secondary outcomes will be comparisons of compassion fatigue scores among Chinese nurse of different education background, marital status, employment forms and professional titles.

Conclusion: This overview will contribute to reveal the prevalence and influencing factors in compassion fatigue among Chinese nurses and provide a scientific evidence for the prediction and prevention in compassion fatigue.

Automated interpretation of congenital heart disease from multi-view echocardiograms.

Congenital heart disease (CHD) is the most common birth defect and the leading cause of neonate death in China. Clinical diagnosis can be based on the selected 2D key-frames from five views. Limited by the availability of multi-view data, most methods have to rely on the insufficient single view analysis. This study proposes to automatically analyze the multi-view echocardiograms with a practical end-to-end framework. We collect the five-view echocardiograms video records of 1308 subjects (including normal controls, ventricular septal defect (VSD) patients and atrial septal defect (ASD) patients) with both disease labels and standard-view key-frame labels. Depthwise separable convolution-based multi-channel networks are adopted to largely reduce the network parameters. We also approach the imbalanced class problem by augmenting the positive training samples. Our 2D key-frame model can diagnose CHD or negative samples with an accuracy of 95.4%, and in negative, VSD or ASD classification with an accuracy of 92.3%. To further alleviate the work of key-frame selection in real-world implementation, we propose an adaptive soft attention scheme to directly explore the raw video data. Four kinds of neural aggregation methods are systematically investigated to fuse the information of an arbitrary number of frames in a video. Moreover, with a view detection module, the system can work without the view records. Our video-based model can diagnose with an accuracy of 93.9% (binary classification), and 92.1% (3-class classification) in a collected 2D video testing set, which does not need key-frame selection and view annotation in testing. The detailed ablation study and the interpretability analysis are provided. The presented model has high diagnostic rates for VSD and ASD that can be potentially applied to the clinical practice in the future. The short-term automated machine learning process can partially replace and promote the long-term professional training of primary doctors, improving the primary diagnosis rate of CHD in China, and laying the foundation for early diagnosis and timely treatment of children with CHD.

The levels, prevalence and related factors of compassion fatigue among oncology nurses: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Background: Compassion fatigue is described as the phenomenon of exhaustion and dysfunction in healthcare workers resulting from prolonged exposure to work-related stress and compassion stress. Oncology nurses are at high risk for compassion fatigue.

Aims: Our study aims to estimate the levels, prevalence and related factors of compassion fatigue dimension in oncology nurses.

Design: Systematic review and meta-analysis.

Method: Ten electronic databases were conducted in the systematic review and meta-analysis. Time frame of the searches is from inception up to 31 January 2020. The research team independently conducted study selection, quality assessments, data extractions and analysis of all included studies. The means, standard deviations and prevalence of three dimensions of compassion fatigue were pooled using random-effects meta-analysis. The PRISMA guideline was used to report the systematic review and meta-analysis. PROSPERO registration number: CRD42020205521.

Results: The systematic review included 21 studies, involving 6533 oncology nurses across 6 different countries. In our studies, the pooled mean scores of compassion satisfaction (CS), burnout (BO) and secondary traumatic stress (STS) were 35.47 (95% CI: 33.54-37.41), 24.94 (95% CI: 23.47-26.41) and 24.48 (95% CI: 23.36-25.60), respectively; the pooled prevalence of "low" rates of CS, "high" rates of BO and STS were 20% (CI 13%-28%), 22% (CI 18%-26%) and 22% (CI 17%-28%), respectively; furthermore, geographical regions (Asia) significantly affect the prevalence of compassion fatigue among oncology nurses. The compassion fatigue variables considered were demographic (age, marital status, education background, health condition and gender), work-related (job satisfaction, income satisfaction, years of working experience, professional title, position and work environment) and other variables (social support, coping strategy, self-compassion, professional cognition and psychological training).

Conclusion: Oncology nurses were at "moderate" level of compassion satisfaction, burnout and secondary traumatic stress, and 22% of oncology nurses suffered from "high" risk of compassion fatigue. Hospital administrators should develop interventions to address compassion fatigue phenomenon, and enhance the mental health of oncology nurses and nursing care results.

Relevance To Clinical Practice: Oncology unit warrants special attention, and oncology nurses are at high risk for compassion fatigue. However, the reported prevalence rates and oncology nurses with different characteristics vary considerably. The review provides a preliminary framework for nursing administrators to develop interventions to address compassion fatigue phenomenon, and enhance the psychological health of oncology nurses.

Prevalence and factors of compassion fatigue among Chinese psychiatric nurses: A cross-sectional study.

Compassion fatigue has emerged as a detrimental consequence of experiencing work-related stress among psychiatric nurses, and affected the job performance, emotional and physical health of psychiatric nurses. However, researches on Chinese psychiatric nurses' compassion fatigue are dearth. This cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the prevalence and factors of compassion fatigue among Chinese psychiatric nurses.All participants completed the demographic questionnaire and the Chinese version of Professional Quality of Life Scale (ProQOL-CN). One-way ANOVA, t-tests, Levene test and multiple linear regression analysis were conducted to evaluate factors associated with compassion fatigue.A total of 352 psychiatric nurses in 9 psychiatric hospitals from the Chengdu, Wuhan, and Hefei were surveyed. The mean scores of compassion satisfaction, burnout and secondary traumatic stress were 32.59 ± 7.124, 26.92 ± 6.003 and 25.97 ± 5.365, respectively. Four variables of job satisfaction, exercise, had children, and age range from 36 to 50 years explained 30.7% of the variance in compassion satisfaction. Job satisfaction, sleeping quality, and marital status accounted for 40.4% variables in burnout. Furthermore, job satisfaction, average sleeping quality, and years of nursing experience remained significantly associated with secondary trauma stress, explaining 10.9% of the variance.Compassion satisfaction, burnout and secondary traumatic stress among Chinese psychiatric nurses were at the level of moderate. The higher job satisfaction, healthy lifestyle (high sleep quality and regular exercise), and family support (children, stable and harmonious marital status) positively influenced compassion satisfaction and negatively associated with burnout or secondary traumatic stress.

Age-related changes in the association of resting-state fMRI signal variability and global functional connectivity in non-demented healthy people.

Research suggests that the aging relates to variability of resting-state fMRI (rs-fMRI) signal and the functional connectivity. However, the association between the spatial and temporal activity of resting-state fMRI signal was less documented. We recruited 477 healthy Han Chinese participants, who were separated into young, middle and old groups to investigate the relationship between the variability and global functional connectivity (gFC) in different age ranges using standard deviation (SD) of time series and gFC, respectively. Our analysis revealed the changing patterns during healthy aging: 1) 17 brain regions(Olfactory_L, Orbital_L etc.) were identified to have significant association of age with both SD and gFC respectively by linear regression analysis; 2) Two typical associations could be observed between SD and gFC: positive and negative correlations; 3) The variation ratio of SD to gFC was changing with age at the voxel level by using unsupervised clustering method. It is the first time to combine voxel-wise variability and gFC together for the study of age-related changes with rs-fMRI signal. This study may provide a new clue for understanding the synchronization of human brain based on SD and gFC due to the effect of aging.

Serum miRNAs are potential biomarkers for the detection of disc degeneration, among which miR-26a-5p suppresses Smad1 to regulate disc homeostasis.

Disc degeneration is a common clinical condition in which damaged discs cause chronic pain; however, a laboratory diagnosis method for its detection is not available. As circulating miRNAs have potential as biomarkers, their application in disc degeneration has not been explored. Here, we prepared serum miRNAs from a mouse disc degeneration model and performed miRNA-Seq and quantitative PCR to characterize disc degeneration-associated miRNAs. We identified three miRNAs, including miR-26a-5p, miR-122-5p and miR-215-5p, undergoing perturbation during the pathogenesis of disc degeneration. Specifically, the levels of miR-26a-5p in the serum demonstrated steady increases in the model of disc degeneration, compared with those in the pre-injury samples of younger age or compared with normal controls of the same age but without disc degeneration, whereas the miRNAs miR-122-5p and miR-215-5p exhibited lower expression in post-injury samples than in their counterparts without the surgery. Moreover, we found that miR-26a-5p targets Smad1 expression, and Smad1 negatively regulates Vegfa expression in disc cells, and thus, miR-26a-5p promotes disc degeneration. In summary, we established a method that consistently profiles circulating miRNAs and identified multiple miRNAs as promising biomarkers for disc degeneration, among which miR-26a-5p enhances VEGF expression during disc degeneration through targeting Smad1 signalling.

Functional brain lateralization in schizophrenia based on the variability of resting-state fMRI signal.

Abnormal brain lateralization has been implicated in schizophrenia but few studies have focused on the variability of resting-state fMRI signal and its lateralization in schizophrenia. Here we utilized standard deviations (SD) to quantify the variability of resting-state fMRI signal and measured the lateralization index (LI), on the basis of SD of the resting-state fMRI signal in order to assess the difference of brain signal variability across the hemispheres. We recruited 180 patients with schizophrenia and 358 age- and sex-matched healthy volunteers. Between-group comparison revealed that in comparison to healthy volunteers, schizophrenia patients have significantly higher SD of resting-state fMRI activity in left inferior temporal, left fusiform, and right superior medial frontal cortex, and lower SD in right precuneus, posterior cingulum on both sides, right lingual, and left calcarine in the occipital region. Using region of interest approach, most brain regions showed increased leftward lateralization in patients with schizophrenia, as compared with healthy controls. SD and LI were also found to be correlated to age of onset or duration of illness. These results provide further evidence that abnormal variability and lateralization exist in schizophrenia patients, and abnormality in fusiform, lingual and inferior temporal could have potential help to identify the dysfunctional brain lateralization in schizophrenia.

Spondyloarthritis (SpA) is a group of diseases consisting of psoriatic arthritis (PsA), reactive arthritis, arthritis related to inflammatory bowel disease (a subgroup of juvenile idiopathic arthritis), and ankylosing spondylitis (the prototype of SpA). Axial bone formation and the combination of concurrent erosion and new bone formation are specific characteristics of SpA disease. The use of antiproinflammatory cytokines, such as inhibitors of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), appears to be the greatest advance in the treatment of SpA over the past 20 years. However, TNF-α blockers do not halt new bone formation. Recent clinical observations and animal studies demonstrate that Wnt signaling proteins and natural Wnt inhibitors, such as DKK1 and sclerostin, are likely to play important roles in the process of ankylosis in SpA, and could potentially serve as therapeutic targets for the treatment of SpA.

High expression of UBD correlates with epirubicin resistance and indicates poor prognosis in triple-negative breast cancer.

Background: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a heterogeneous subtype of breast cancer that is prone to recurrence and metastasis with worse prognosis. Epirubicin-based chemotherapy is of great importance for patients with TNBC, but resistance to epirubicin severely limits the application of this drug and this has emerged as a major problem in the treatment of TNBC. The ubiquitin protein D (UBD) molecule has often been considered a tumor oncogene, and has been shown to promote the recurrence and metastasis of malignant tumor cells. Since the role of UBD in epirubicin resistance and its prognostic value in TNBC have not been reported, the study reported here was designed to identify the epirubicin-resistance molecule and clarify the related biomarker for TNBC prognosis.

Methods: UBD plasmid was transfected into MDA-MB-231 cells, and the cells were exposed to epirubicin to observe the ability of UBD in epirubicin resistance. UBD expression was also detected in 78 breast cancer tissues by immunohistochemistry. Statistical methods were used to study the relationship between UBD expression and epirubicin resistance in TNBC treatment. Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was used to determine the correlation between UBD expression and TNBC patients' prognostic parameters.

Results: UBD expression was found increased in breast cancer tissues. Forced UBD expression was found to have a relationship with TNBC epirubicin resistance in vitro. High expression of UBD was found in TNBC, compared with in non-TNBC, and this played a positive role in epirubicin resistance and indicated the poor prognosis of TNBC treatment.

Conclusion: UBD may play an important role in epirubicin resistance in TNBC. UBD has the potential to be a novel biomarker in TNBC chemoresistance and may be a promising therapeutic target for TNBC patients.

Packet error rate analysis of digital pulse interval modulation in intersatellite optical communication systems with diversified wavefront deformation.

Diversified wavefront deformation is an inevitable phenomenon in intersatellite optical communication systems, which will decrease system performance. In this paper, we investigate the description of wavefront deformation and its influence on the packet error rate (PER) of digital pulse interval modulation (DPIM). With the wavelet method, the diversified wavefront deformation can be described by wavelet parameters: coefficient, dilation, and shift factors, where the coefficient factor represents the depth, dilation factor represents the area, and shift factor is for location. Based on this, the relationship between PER and wavelet parameters is analyzed from a theoretical viewpoint. Numerical results illustrate the validity of theoretical analysis: PER increases with the depth and area and decreases if location gets farther from the center of the optical antenna. In addition to describing diversified deformation, the advantage of the wavelet method over Zernike polynomials in computational complexity is shown via numerical example. This work provides a feasible method for the description along with influence analysis of diversified wavefront deformation from a practical viewpoint and will be helpful for designing optical systems.

Anti-DKK1 antibody promotes bone fracture healing through activation of β-catenin signaling.

In this study we investigated if Wnt/β-catenin signaling in mesenchymal progenitor cells plays a role in bone fracture repair and if DKK1-Ab promotes fracture healing through activation of β-catenin signaling. Unilateral open transverse tibial fractures were created in CD1 mice and in β-catenin(Prx1ER) conditional knockout (KO) and Cre-negative control mice (C57BL/6 background). Bone fracture callus tissues were collected and analyzed by radiography, micro-CT (μCT), histology, biomechanical testing and gene expression analysis. The results demonstrated that treatment with DKK1-Ab promoted bone callus formation and increased mechanical strength during the fracture healing process in CD1 mice. DKK1-Ab enhanced fracture repair by activation of endochondral ossification. The normal rate of bone repair was delayed when the β-catenin gene was conditionally deleted in mesenchymal progenitor cells during the early stages of fracture healing. DKK1-Ab appeared to act through β-catenin signaling to enhance bone repair since the beneficial effect of DKK1-Ab was abrogated in β-catenin(Prx1ER) conditional KO mice. Further understanding of the signaling mechanism of DKK1-Ab in bone formation and bone regeneration may facilitate the clinical translation of this anabolic agent into therapeutic intervention.

Prognostic function of Ki-67 for pathological complete response rate of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in triple-negative breast cancer.

Aims And Background: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) has fluctuating pathological complete response (pCR) rates to neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) according to published reports. Biomarkers predicting pCR rates of NAC would improve TNBC patients' outcomes. We conducted a meta-analysis to estimate the prognostic function of Ki-67 in relation to pCR rates of NAC in TNBC.

Methods And Study Design: Relevant publications in the literature from January 2006 to March 2013 were selected by searching PubMed, SpringerLink, Web of Science, Scopus and the Cochrane Library. The quality of prognostic studies was evaluated according to the standard reported by Hayden et al. Relative risk (RR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) were used to estimate the prognostic function of Ki-67 for pCR rates in TNBC. The fail-safe number was used to detect possible publication bias. Review Manager and MIX software was used to merge extracted data.

Results: The pCR rate of TNBC with high Ki-67 expression was 3.36 times that of low Ki-67 expression TNBC. The merged RR was 3.36 (95% CI: 1.61-7.02) and the fail-safe number was 34. No obvious publication bias but heterogeneity of the case series was detected.

Conclusions: Ki-67 was a predictor of pCR rates to NAC in TNBC.

Celestial background noise analysis for laser intersatellite links.

The celestial background (CB) has a potential significant influence on the laser intersatellite links (ISLs). A simple method to analyze the power and statistical distribution of the CB noise received by optical terminals is described for application to the ISLs. In order to evaluate the CB noise of the ISLs, an emulation analytic system is established. The CB noise of two adjacent interorbital plane ISLs and two intraorbital plane ISLs of a low Earth orbit satellite in the constellation is analyzed. The system can also be applied to examine the CB noise of other ISLs. The simulation results conduce to the performance evaluation of the ISLs.
