The aim of this study is to observe the mediating role of innovation in relationship between Inter - organizational Learning and Performance. In the global competition of today’s world, role of innovation has been increased also there is an immense demand of Inter - organizational learning for the performance of the organizations.The objective of this study is to highl ight the important variables of the Inter- Organizational Learning in the construction industry. Survey design was adopted and distributed to construction organizations in Pakistan. Data analysis was done through SPSS 20 and Amos 20. The results were ver y good and all variables shown positive impact on Performance of construction industry of Pakistan .

Abstract: The job satisfaction of employees has been a focal point of private organizations and also a source of attention for researchers in recent times. May be, this is because of relations between organizational outcomes and job satisfaction matters. This study informs about relationships between biographical variables and job satisfaction of private organizations because job satisfaction of private organizations employees may be concerned with the personal attributes such as age, gender and years of experience. Objective of the study is the improvement of organizational Human Resource Management system regarding worker’s job satisfaction, so Correlation, Regression and Analysis of Variance tests were conducted to test the data. Some of management variables, which were, Compensation, Empowerment, Work Place, Appraisal System, Management Behavior, Motivation, Clear Goals of Organization and Training and Development shown a positively correlation with employee’s job satisfaction. Implications for these factors and their connection with job satisfaction is argued, limitations of the study and future research recommendations are presented. Data was collected through a questionnaire. To test the research hypothesis, Correlation was conducted. Biographical differences specially gender, age and experience were related to many job satisfaction variables. We explore the effects of organizational aspects on employee’s satisfaction which leads to productivity

ABSTRACT This paper examines that promotional tools such as TV advertisement, Print Media, Billboards and LCD’s create boosting impact on short-term sales. Advertisement is primarily used to attract new customers and increase purchases by existing consumers. Publicity and advertising straightforwardly have an effect on the power of loyalty a buyer has for its beloved product. Therefore, if the preferred brand puts together a strong advertisement companion, the devotion of the customer will definitely increase but on the other side if the competitor brand also goes on advertising, the loyalty may decrease. Results are positively associated and have a strong relationship of promotional tools on sales growth under occasional study of advertisement campaign by Olpers milk Pakistan in the month of Ramadan. Abstract: The aim of this study is to see the organizational transformations in public sector organizations and to observe which factors have great influence in transforming public sector organizations of Pakistan. In a world of growing customer opportunities and declining income, many organizations are finding ways to do more with less by consolidating and putting together departments, functions, business processes, IT infrastructure and entire organizations. Can public sector organizations revolutionize? Organizational Transformation comes about when a company reorganizes itself or practices a sudden change in culture. The objective of this study is to portray the key characteristics which are normally considered for organizational transformation in public sector organizations of Pakistan. Research questionnaire was developed and distributed to public sector organizations in Pakistan. Data analysis was done through SPSS. The results were astonishing and all variables have positive impact on organizational transformation in public sector of Pakistan.

Abstract: This study is conducted to see weather HRD practices can play an important role in personal and organizational outcomes of employees of the private organizations. The organizational culture has played a leading role in business progress in private organizations in the twenty-first century. The organizational culture can improve and promote the employee performance. This research was designed to inspect the effects of Reward System, Innovation, Control, Identity, Compromise with Conflict, Integrity, Leadership, Communication Pattern, Management Support and Organizational Culture on the performance output of employee in private organizations of Pakistan. Result of study shown that the effects of these factors influences performance of employees in private organizations. Many other factors contribute in employees performance including instinct, attitude, commitment and intact Pattern. The nine variables jointly as Organizational culture. The conclusion focuses on the increased management concern for the betterment of organization as well as employees.
