Mr Naresh VR Mutha

PhD

Introduction

My doctoral dissertation, which I expect to defend soon, is on investigating transcriptional changes in Streptococcus gordonii in response to co-aggregation with other bacteria by use of dual RNA-Seq approach, and finds its impact on expression of genes. I also serve the role of a Bioinformatician and programmer for CEBAR (Center for Research in Biotechnology for Agriculture).
As a Bioinformatics Scientist at Nucleome Informatics, Played role of team lead for Transcriptome data analysis. Before joining Nucleome Informatics, I worked as Research Assistant, where I have been motivated to play a key role in the development of computational methods and automated pipelines for Exome-Seq and RNA-Seq data analysis, database development, programming supporting data extraction, integration and analysis, customizing software supporting high throughput sequencing data analysis in Linux /UNIX environment.
