Introduction

I'm a researcher who deals with assistive technology-based programs and cognitive-behavioral interventions for promoting Independence and self-determination of individuals with severe to profound developmental and intellectual disabilities. I'm author and co-author, within this framework, of severeal peer-reviewed articles and various book chapters. I'm working with children and adolescents who present communication impairments, extensive motor disabilities, and developmental disorders.
