Angelo Claudio Molinari, MD, is a Consultant Hematologist at the Hematology, Oncology, and Stem Cells Transplantation Program of Giannina Gaslini Children''''s Hospital in Genova, Italy. As Contractor Professor at the University of Genova, he is responsible for the Thrombosis and Hemostasis Unit and Hemophilia Comprehensive Care Center, dealing with children and adults. Dr. Molinari is involved in researches on thrombosis and stroke in children and used to work in this area for over 30 years. He is also involved in IT applications to clinics and to lab. He is Member of several committees and actively participates to the Italian Association of Italian Hemophilia Centers (AICE). Inside AICE, dr Molinari chairs the special commettee for the quality of laboratories. He is also confident with regulatory and cost issues in hemophilia care, and acts as a advisor for the local health management for Hemophilia treatment and care organization. Dr. Molinari authored 102 full papers on hematological topics with H index = 23 and three book chapters.
